Edit 9/14/10: Good news, everyone!

I've gotten many, many messages asking if there was a PayPal option, which I was unable to help with. Upon placing the order for the decks, however, I learned that there is a discount if you order a certain number, and it would actually be cheaper to order more of them. I'm going to go ahead and order the extras, which will be available for sale via PayPal once the decks arrive.

If you would like to be notified when the PayPal decks are for sale, please send an email to brokenspelldeck@gmail.com and let us know! You'll be emailed when the chance arrives.

Otherwise, simply keep an eye on my journal. And, to get this out of the way, we will have around 50 extras, so hopefully there will be enough for everyone. Please keep in mind that these will not be for sale until all of the decks arrive, which will be around one month from now. Thanks for your patience, everyone!

Edit 8/27/10: There are exactly two weeks left before sales of the deck are closed forever! If you've been planning on getting one, please pledge your order before Sept 10. Once Sept 10 hits, we will be sending out bulk messages to confirm your orders and take addresses. Thanks, guys!

To everyone who ordered already through PayPal, you will be receiving a refund shortly. The way Kickstarter works is that you will 'pledge' the cost of the deck, and on the end date your credit card will be charged. We unfortunately had to raise the cost by 50 cents to make up for Kickstarter's 5% fee.

Because of the delay, the end date has been extended to Sept 10! Thank you all for your support!

Edit 7/30/10 2:30pm EST: PayPal has put a limitation on our account. Apparently they don't allow pre-orders. If I can't figure out a solution with someone at PayPal the project is going to have to be canceled. I would hate to see this happen so I am trying my best... If anyone knows of a similar payment system like PayPal that allows pre-orders, please let me know! If the project is canceled, everyone will be refunded the full amount they paid. It would be a huge shame, since we've already raised about $1,000.

The Broken Spell card deck sales are now open! We will continue to take orders until August 31. After that date, you will no longer be able to purchase one. Ever! Charity donations will go to Save the Rhino www.savetherhino.org/etargetsr… , a decision inspired by the lovely Douglas Adams.
